INTRODUCTION
TopDance has been developing since 2003 a comprehensive online booking and ticketing management system for congresses and major events.
Event promoters can therefore make use of a completely automated system for managing attendants tailored to optimize processes for online selling, ticket issuing, registration, access control, groups and discount management, billing and accounting tickets management.
MAIN FEATURES All the process is carried out through the Internet.
It can be used by users and also by the event organizing team dedicated to attending users without internet connection.
The whole system is available in several different languages (spanish, portuguese, english, italian, german, french, etc.) and can be easily translated to any other language. This covers not only the web environment but also the email notifications and the text to be included in the tickets.

Ticket selection for one event
Tickets are issued in electronic format and are sent to attendants by email avoiding unnecessary printing and distribution at sale points, collection of sold tickets and the need for recovery of unsold tickets.

Tickets incorporate a barcode which identifies the user, fit to agile the check-in and accreditation process for the event: The user prints the ticket received via email. At the registration desk the ticket is validated with the codebar reader and the identity of the carrier verified.
Users can be identified through a high security code generated through a double hash MD5 algorithm indecipherable by current technology standards. This code maintains a one to one correspondence with the attendant's identification document (NIC, passport, etc.) or TopDance internal unique ID.

2010 NEW FEATURE!Tickets incorporate a bi-dimensional QR code which allows for accreditation without the need of printing the ticket. Just bring it in your telephone.
This type of accreditation does not require computers in the registration desks. It can be used through mobile phones reading directly the user's phone with an standard software available for iPhone, HTC, Nokia, etc.

2010 NEW FEATURE!Facebook integration. Users can link their tickets with their facebook account. This way the photo is displayed in the tickets, a post is published in the wall everytime they buy a ticket and administrators can see the photos of the users from the control panel.

Attendants can pay for their tickets through the internet (in one single full payment or in monthly interest rate free installments) or through the bank (by transfer or at the check-in counter). In both cases access to the organizers bank accounts is provided, without intermediaries.

On top of email notification, SMS message notifications can be incorporated and sent to users or to the organizers at any specified stages of the registration process.
Real-time reports and charts including excel reports, csv exports and online charts.
For tickets with accommodation, the organizer can facilitate to hotels the real time rooming list for occupancy purposes.
